- ​​We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 2-4 working days for the exchanged product(s) to reach you.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition with intact tags as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, visibly used or have clearly been worn, an exhange would not be provided.

NeoModa may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

- All exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is returned after use or is damaged.
